Safety increases with every kilonewton monitored

Monitored Preload

With every additional kilonewton of monitored preload force, the reliability of load-bearing structures and predictability for operators increases.

More monitored load means: earlier risk detection, targeted maintenance planning, and ensuring the service life of structures and machines worldwide.

Milestones in secure connections

2019

Founding of Sensorise GmbH and market launch of Sensorise SmartScrew. First application in a wind turbine for monitoring rotor blade bolts.

2020

Internationalization: Use of the Sensorise SmartScrew system for force monitoring of a drill head screw connection on a tunnel boring machine in China.

2021

Start of development of the S.Bolt XP, a new generation of intelligent screw connections with integrated sensor technology.

2022

With M200, the largest monitored bolt to date is being put into operation.

2023

Sensorise monitors a hydroelectric power plant in China for the first time. Expansion of the area of application to energy infrastructure.

2024

Product development: The SmartScrew becomes the S.Bolt XP, which can measure bending or torsion in addition to axial preload - without weakening the screw.

2025

Market launch of the S.Ring HFS for measuring static and dynamic forces in geotechnical anchors.
